Becker Madison Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Our Lifetime Warranty covers everything we promise won't happen to your Becker Madison piece.

Covered Issues:

• Tarnishing or fading: We'll replace it.
• Accidental breakage: We'll replace it.
• Scratched pendants: We'll replace it.

To make a claim, email a photo of the item along with your order number to our support team at support@beckermadison.com. We will process a replacement or provide store credit for another purchase.

No questions asked, no fuss.

*Please note: Our Lifetime Warranty does not cover items that are lost, stolen, intentionally damaged, or damaged by a third party. Failure to provide a photo of the defective item voids the warranty.
