How do I track my order?

Q: How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed here in our U.S. Dallas warehouse and will take only 3-5 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided during checkout & in your confirmation email.

Q: What are the return rules?

You can return a product for any reason within 30-days guaranteed. No questions asked. We do not charge a return or handling fee. We will provide you with a return label.

Q: Is there a warranty?

All of our products come with a Full Lifetime Guarantee. If you have any issues with your items, we will send you a no questions asked replacement.

As soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse in Dallas, you will be notified via email and SMS.

This will provide you with your courier tracking link. It may take up to 1-3 days for the courier to update it's tracking with relative information on the whereabouts of your order, not including weekends or holidays.
